Education requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Industrial Management or related field; Three to five years experience in Warehousing, Receiving, Inventory Control, or Materials Management in a manufacturing environment with two years Supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the finished goods tea room and raw material warehouses. Responsible for the management and supervision of all Warehouse Department personnel.

Manages the daily operations and direct supervisor in the Warehouse Department, and indirectly all department personnel. Responsible for the management, recruitment, coaching, disciplining, rewarding and evaluation of all department personnel.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of vendors or employees of organization.
